Tips and examples to get more job offers from your interviews:

🟢 Project confidence as you respond to interview questions, not because it will necessarily impress the interview panel but because it will make you feel more relaxed. One way to do this is to greet the panel by name when you first join and use their names consistently throughout the interview. It might sounds nerve-wracking but it can make a difference.

🟢 Show off the knowledge you gained through your interview prep by sharing it at the end of the interview. Try to weave it into asking insightful questions to the interview panel. For example, “I saw that these __ were identified as priorities in your strategic plan, how does this particular one connect back to the work of our tea,?” This can help you be more memorable when you avoid generic questions.

The World Health Organization’s (WHO) decision-making body occurs at the WHA, where delegations from all WHO Member States come together in Geneva annually to discuss a health agenda prepared by the Executive Board. This year the agenda is focused on four main pillars: (1) Universal Health Coverage (UHC), (2) public health emergencies, (3) more people enjoying health and well-being and (4) more effective, and efficient WHO support to countries. There are ongoing negotiations prior to the assembly around important topics such as the global Pandemic Accord, which will have implications at the local public health level of every nation.
